WEL Companies is expanding its refrigerated LTL, warehousing and logistics division and is looking for driven Sales Representatives to help grow its business. If you thrive on building relationships, hunting new business, and closing deals, this role gives you the autonomy, support, and upside to excel.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead generation and prospecting: identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and other sales tools; qualify inbound leads and proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce transportation solutions.
  • Client relationship management: provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
  • Sales quoting and negotiation: develop and deliver accurate pricing quotes based on customer requirements; negotiate terms and pricing, ensuring deals are closed efficiently while maintaining profitability.
  • Coordinate logistics: understand commitment levels, work between logistics and asset to ensure every load is accepted, collaborate with the operations team to ensure that shipments are scheduled and managed effectively.
  • Meet customers: telephone and computer negotiations; in‑person customer meetings.

  • Experience in transportation, logistics, LTL, reefer, or freight brokerage preferred.

Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree (Logistics, Business Management, or related field) preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or related field; proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Computer skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows; ability to learn and use proprietary software.
  • Essential skills: Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven to succeed; strong attention to detail and organization; team player with ability to work independently when needed.
