Customer Service Associate – Walgreens

Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $17.50/hr

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
• Recommend items, trade‑ups, or companion items to customers.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised; take inventory and maintain records.
• Check in and price merchandise as required.
• Implement company asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
• Assist with food item separation and product placement per policies.
• Rotate consumables using FIFO method.
• Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport, poster print, and creative machine.
• Assume web pick‑up responsibilities (monitor orders, pick items, deliver to customers).
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance for a clean store condition.
• Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers and comply with all company policies.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Fluent in English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
