• You’llbe a key contributor to our Quality Management System, not justmaintainingit, but strengthening it
• Participate in internal audit planning, execution, and reporting
• Review audit plans andreportsfor clarity and accuracy
• Audit controlled documentation across Operations and Engineering
• Manage the distribution of controlled documents
• Identify risks and opportunities to protect product quality

• You’llwork directly with Production to keep quality high and momentum strong.
• Address and correct product quality issues
• Perform inspections on internal and external components
• Document issues and work across departments to resolve them
• Log and analyze test data
• Create andmaintainwork instructions, forms, and quality tools

• When somethingisn’tright, you leanin —not away
• Lead weekly reviews of quality metrics
• Create andmaintainsimple visual tools that communicate department performance clearly and quickly
• Proactively investigate and initiate resolution of quality concerns (minor to major)
• Document and drive corrective actions through CARs

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with direct exposure to quality systems, audits, inspections, document control, or technical support functions
• Demonstrated experience supporting or strengthening elements of a Quality Management System (QMS), including audits, documentation control, or corrective action processes
• Strong troubleshooting and structured root-cause analysis skills, with the ability to interpret quality metrics and translate data into action
• High attention to detail,you notice what others miss and take pride in protecting both function and finish
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced production environment while aligning to delivery timelines and quality standards
• Comfort working with data and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and fluid systems
• Strong communication skills across departments, with the confidence to raise concerns and drive resolution
