This role is physically demanding in a way most jobs aren't. You will be using specialized muscle groups specifically in your hands, wrists, and forearms that aren't typically used in daily life.
- We prioritize ergonomic safety and proper form to ensure you stay healthy while performing repetitive motions.
- You will be lifting up to 30 lbs. repetitively throughout your shift (up to 40 lbs. occasionally).
- You'll maintain a high "cadence" while catching and packing cartons without sacrificing quality.
- Inspecting cartons in real-time to ensure they meet strict customer standards.
- Packing cartons efficiently, setting up tapers/labelers, and operating ream cutters.
- Managing offline packing and quality re-work projects as needed.
- Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following all PPE and ergonomic guidelines.
- High attention to detail and a "quality-first" attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and strong communication skills to coordinate with your team.
- Must be able to work 3rd shifts (Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am), including some overtime and weekends to meet customer demand.
- Prior manufacturing experience is great, but we are happy to train anyone who has the right work ethic and physical drive.
