Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an Electrical Technician to join our client’s growing team in De Pere, WI.

This Electrical Technician is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, building precision equipment, and being part of a team where quality and craftsmanship matter. The Electrical Technician will be responsible for assembling components and sub‑assemblies, conducting inspections, and performing testing to ensure equipment is built to exact customer specifications. As an Electrical Technician, you will work with wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints while utilizing hand and power tools to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies.

Attention to detail and pride in workmanship are critical in this role, as the Electro‑Mechanical Assembler plays a key role in ensuring finished equipment meets both company and customer quality standards.

This is a 1st shift, contract to hire opportunity, offering strong long‑term potential and room for advancement. Standard hours are Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility. Overtime is available for those who want it, but it is not mandatory. Pay is based on experience and knowledge, ranging from $22–$28 per hour, with multiple performance reviews during the first year that provide opportunities for wage increases and advancement within the organization.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree in Electro‑Mechanical Assembly preferred; equivalent hands‑on experience will be considered.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Strong experience using hand tools and power tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings.
