What you will do:
As a Production Associate, you'll be a key part of bringing our products to life. This hands-on role involves working with materials, tools, and equipment to build and assemble high-quality custom cabinetry and doors, all while meeting detailed specifications and quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow established manufacturing procedures under assigned department which may include but not limited to: sanding, assembly, loading and unloading.
- Ensure work orders are completed successfully, on-time, and meet customer specifications.
- Identify defects and next steps when found.
- Operate various hand and power tools.
- Follow all safety rules and contribute to a safe work environment.
- Participate and contribute to a "Team" environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to learn and retain on the job training.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read measurement tools such as a tape measure.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions in English.
- Ability to meet quality standards - strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to consistently meet/exceed production quotas.
