We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to work with an industry manufacturing leader in Green Bay, WI. You will be part of the Maintenance Department and assist with performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on heat-treat equipment, CNC machining centers, and supporting plant infrastructure. This role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment to support on-time delivery, quality, and cost objectives.

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on heat-treat equipment, CNC machining centers, and plant infrastructure.
• Inspect equipment for wear, leaks, or abnormal conditions and report findings promptly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance checklists and logs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, utilizing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in heat-treat or CNC machining environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, belts, chains, gearboxes, and electrical fundamentals (480V, 3-phase, control circuits).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
