Imaging Operator; 3rd Shift

As a member of the production team, the primary responsibility of this function is to coordinate and perform activities necessary to ensure quality and efficient make-ready, run and clean-up of imaging equipment. The technical assistant works in a team environment with limited supervision, cooperates with others, shares information, takes initiative to improve processes, and solves problems.

Knowledge and Requirements:

Must have good basic math and measurement skills. Good mechanical skills required. Ability to read, comprehend what is read and visually inspect materials to check for quality and specifications. Ability to discriminate colors and compare to specifications is required. Ability to lift under 50 pounds frequently. Willingness to cross train and perform duties of finishing and operations of the press. Ability to train on 1st Shift.

PC experience desirable. Basic understanding of Windows necessary.

Climate Controlled Environment

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $19.00- $31.00 per hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
