• Decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and specialty desserts to Uncle Mike's quality and design standards.

• Execute both standard designs and custom orders accurately and on time.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.

• Ensure all decorated products meet company presentation and quality guidelines.

• Collaborate with the bakery team to meet daily production goals.

• Properly label, date, and rotate products according to food safety standards.

• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff on order details and timelines.

• Provide input on seasonal designs, new product ideas, and display setups.

• Previous cake decorating experience required (minimum 1 year preferred).

• Strong skills with buttercream, piping, borders, and writing.

• Attention to detail with a focus on consistent quality and speed.

• Ability to follow Uncle Mike's decorating standards and replicate house designs.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Ability to work in a cold environment and stand for extended periods.

• Stand and work on feet for extended periods.

• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

• Work in a cool production area for extended shifts.
