• Design and implement a dynamic curriculum centered on play and tailored to children’s interests, ensuring each child feels seen and valued.
• Foster growth by guiding children in their early education journey, teaching them how to learn through play while promoting fun, creativity, and discovery.
• Collaborate and learn by working closely with Center Directors and fellow educators, benefiting from continuous training and mentorship to enhance your teaching skills.

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education.
