Remote with Heavy Travel
Join a leading engineering services team delivering projects across Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, Packaging, and Pulp & Paper industries. We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee industrial projects nationwide. Remote with heavy travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive safety compliance for company and client policies.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and design teams.
- Manage on-site construction for design-build and turnkey projects.
- Coordinate schedules with engineering, trades, vendors, and clients.
- Lead construction trades to ensure safe, on-budget, and on-time execution.
- Oversee scope, schedule, and budget changes with project managers.
- Provide daily site reports and input on constructability reviews.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Associate’s Degree or high school diploma / GED and equivalent technical experience
- 10+ years of industrial construction management experience
- OSHA 10 Certification (1926), OSHA 30 Certification (1926) a plus
- Project Management experience in engineering or construction
- Valid general contractor license (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
