Account Manager (Multiple levels)

Location- Hybrid role धो offices in Kennett Square, De Pere, Chicago, Houston or Louisville.
- In‑office presence 1‑2 days per month; occasional travel may be required.
This position can be filled at either the Account Manager I or Account Manager II level.
Account Manager I Responsibilities- Deliver best‑in‑class post‐deal solutions and demonstrate expert skills to assist customers and brokers with issue resolution.
- Perform quality proactive welcome calls and first‑bill calls and provide Energy Manager portal expertise to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Navigate energy prices and contracts consistently for customers and brokers.
- Act as internal deal coordinator to resolve issues and support renewals and new business as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of systems/processes and products/services to ensure a best‑in‑class customer experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency with downstream billing systems to pull reports needed to resolve post‑deal issues.
- Exhibit proactive behaviors to strengthen customer relationships.
- Show organizational agility and communication skills to liaison with cross‑functional teams for rapid issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively-discuss verbally, over the phone or via email.
- Travel is required as necessary to meet business needs.
- Attend in‑person training, all‑hands meetings and other meaningful engagements.
- Provide advanced post‑deal solutions and demonstrate advanced skills to assist customers and partners with issue resolution.
- Perform FAMILY proactive welcome calls and first‑bill calls and provide Energy Manager portal expertise to ensure seamless onboarding. Maintain effective working relationships with cross‑functional teams; strong understanding of operational processes, validation points and downstream systems to pull reports required for post‑deal issue resolution.
- Maintain a strong understanding of systems; enter and maintain opportunities, pull reports, price products and generate contracts across multiple regions.
- Effectively navigate and consistently produce pricing and contraction for all standard and most non‑standard requests.
- Act as internal deal lead to clear issues and obtain approvals for pricing and contracting.
- Support renewals and new business as required.
- Maintain general knowledge of sustainability products and solutions to connect customers with technical teams for their needs.
- Show strong knowledge of systems/processes and products/services to ensure a best‑in‑class experience.
- Participate in improving processes and systems for improved customer dengagement.
- Demonstrate consistent proactive behaviors to strengthen customer relationships.
- Show organizational agility and communication skills to liaise with مادة cross‑functional teams for rapid issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively and comfortably with minimal guidance from the sales team via in‑person, phone or email to keep customers and teams informed of status updates.
- Travel is required as necessary to meet business needs.

- Bachelor’s махсус in Business and 2‑year experience (or 6‑year experience in lieu of a degree).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective written and oral communication.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
- Flexibility to exposures multiple daily deadlines and adapt Dustin as changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5‑year relevant experience (or 9‑year experience in lieu of a degree).
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem‑solving, time management and independent decision-mile.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
- Proven initiative, time‑management and prioritization to meet deadlines.
- Energy industry experience – particularly natural gas experience – highly preferred.
- Previous account management experience.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency – pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc. – highly preferred.
- 3+ years of direct customer service experience.
