Sr. Administrative Assistant
Reports To: A member of the Senior Leadership Team
Provide direct administrative support to a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct administrative support to SLT member, including but not limited to:
- Actively maintain schedule for appointments, reminders, store visits, department meetings, and business travel
- Create communication pieces for reminders, best practices, standard procedures, announcements, and special projects
- Coordinate meeting logistics; prepare meeting materials; attend meetings and record notes as necessary
- Book air, hotel, rental vehicles as needed for business travel
- Compile requested data reports; distribute as necessary
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Participate in the front desk coverage rotation
- Additional projects as assigned by SLT member
- Other duties as assigned
- Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Supervisory Relationships:
- Directly reports to a member of the Senior Leadership Team
Organization Relationships:
- Daily contact with all levels of store management to provide direct support and guidance.
- Frequent contact with partners to gain information, work on joint projects and utilize expertise

- Professional, energetic attitude with attention to detail

The Sr. Administrative Assistant is a full time position.
