We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Support Specialist to support audits, inspections, and documentation management within the Pharmacovigilance (PV) function. This role plays a key part in ensuring inspection readiness and maintaining compliant internal processes.

• Support preparation and coordination of internal audits, partner audits, and health authority inspections
• Maintain audit trackers, action lists, timelines, and documentation repositories
• Coordinate meetings, interviews, and inspection readiness activities
• Track and follow up on audit commitments with compliance and process owners
• Assist in maintaining SOPs, Work Instructions, and templates, ensuring proper version control and formatting
• Support PV process documentation, periodic reviews, and stakeholder coordination
• Serve as a contact point for administrative process-related inquiries

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong knowledge of drug safety and pharmacovigilance regulations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
