As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol in Daytona Beach, FL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal at a hotel and resort location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to alarms and/or guest concerns, and document activity using a computer or tablet.

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms, guest concerns, medical calls, and other incidents in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating to local responders and/or management as required.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of hotel and resort areas including lobbies, hallways, parking areas, amenity spaces, and perimeter points to help deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions such as unsecured doors, damaged property, loitering, or prohibited behavior, and report concerns per site procedures.
• Complete security-related reports and logs, document incidents and/or maintenance issues, and communicate shift pass‑down information to oncoming personnel and site contacts.

• Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
• State, County, or City Issued Security License - preferred.
• Alarm Panel Experience - preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.
• Lift Up to 20 lbs - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
