Do you have an excellent track record in collections? We’re looking for an Account Representative to join our growing company who understands that collections is more than simply demanding payment. The role focuses on ensuring customers obtain ownership by following our program, inspiring teamwork, and combining sales success with strong customer service that drives word-of-mouth.

• Organize and supervise all activities in the Collections Department
• Communicate with past-due customers by phone or in writing
• Visit past-due customers at home to collect payments or recover rims and tires
• Complete necessary record keeping and update files
• Assist with new customer application verification
• Assist customers with sales and support other team members as needed

• One year of collections experience
• Computer use including data entry and information lookup, or equivalent
• Deadline- and detail-oriented
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous recovery experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Valid in-state Driver’s License (Florida), must possess a clean driving record and be able to complete our background screening process.
