Job overview
This role starts as a cold-call, outside sales position where you ll receive top-tier resources, training, and tools to master business development. You will be equipped with consultative sales techniques to help you build a thriving referral network that keeps your pipeline full and your success growing.

Responsibilities
- Be the Face of the Wire 3 Movement - Represent our brand by engaging directly with the community. This includes door-to-door outreach, leveraging social media, attending local events, and building relationships with potential customers.
- Sell with a Purpose - Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and clearly communicate how Wire 3 provides the best solution.
- Stay Sharp on Market Trends - Keep tabs on competitors, identify opportunities, and adapt your approach to stay ahead.
- Own Your Success - Meet and exceed sales goals by actively building and managing your pipeline. Your drive and determination will directly impact your success.
Qualifications / Education / Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Due to the nature of the job, required to communicate in English
- Driver's License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen and engage with others
- Customer service skills
- Experience with CRM systems (like Spotio, Hub Spot or Microsoft 365)
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently
- Multitasking abilities, with prioritization and time-management skills
- Proficient in operating personal computers and tablets (e.g., iPad)
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to hit goals
- Access to transportation and ability to travel locally as needed
- Criminal background check
Physical requirements
- Work in various outdoor weather conditions
- Perform tasks that involve walking long distances and enduring extended hours in the Florida sun and heat

- $42,500 Salary + Uncapped Commission
- OTE: $80k-$100k
