Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales & Build Relationships:
Hit sales targets and exceed expectations by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships. Help new and returning customers find products that meet their needs. - Become a Vision Expert:

- Passion for Customer Service:
Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others is key. - Sales Savvy:
Thrive in a dynamic environment, using communication skills to engage customers and drive sales. - Tech‑Savvy & Detail‑Oriented:
Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience while maintaining accuracy. - Fashion Forward:
Keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, helping customers find their look. - Self‑Motivated & Adaptable:

- Optical
Experience:
Prior experience in optical retail or familiarity with optical products.
Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also receive a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
