Retail Associate Manager (RAM) works as part of a retail team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, thriving in a fast‑paced and fun environment where customer needs are first.
What You’ll Do- Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in‑store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in‑store.
- Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan that keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love.
- Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and shared expertise.
- Assist Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
- Demonstrate coverage, plan, and service benefits to customers.
- Explain unlimited, high‑quality connectivity and IoT device possibilities.
- Show device inspection, account review, and troubleshooting procedures.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school degree or GED.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Full‑time (40 hours) commitment.
- Prior wireless sales experience.
- Leadership and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to lead a team and share best practices while serving customers and resolving issues.
- Effective operational, financial, and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills with team members and customers.
