The Receiver is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing both VPD and OTC products within the warehouse. This role ensures products are properly quality checked, documented, and stored in the correct warehouse locations while maintaining accurate records in both computer systems and paper files. The Receiver plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by following company policies, procedures, and all applicable state and federal regulatory requirements, while completing additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

  • Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Receives all VPD as well as OTC products.
  • Is able to QC and locate into the VPD Warehouse.
  • Maintains records in the Computer System and paper files.
  • Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains compliance with all related state and federal regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal staff.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate Degree preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
