Job Description:
* Participates in quality improvement activities and reports concerns regarding patient care quality.
* Recognize signs of deterioration and escalate care appropriately.
* Actively involve and educate parents/caregivers in the child's plan of care, fostering a trusting partnership.
* Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including medication administration checks, patient , and fall prevention practices.
* Other duties as assigned.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range:
$31.53 - $52.24
