To convert raw material into tags and function as backup Die Setter and as Perforator operator
Responsibilities- Convert slit rolls of raw stock into various types of tags.
- Work on Perforating 80% and Backup Die setter 20%
- Read work orders.
- Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
- Set up dies for the perforator presses on a daily basis.
- Resolve and troubleshoot die/press issues.
- Ensure tags pass quality standards when set up is complete.
- Adjust timing on Perforating Presses.
- Setup/Operate machines in a safe, efficient manner in accordance with established rules and regulations.
- Interface with scheduler regarding schedules.
- Accurately complete all paperwork required daily in a quality manner.
- Report any unsafe condition(s), injury, or accident immediately to member of management.
- Always ensure a safe work area.
- Willingness to cross-train in other areas for flexibility to meet production needs.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Ability to perform basic math functions, read and write English. The ability to easily communicate verbally and hear is important as well the ability to focus on objects, have good vision. Multitask when needed. Mechanical aptitude needed. Possess an understanding of quality and production standards.
