CNC Manufacturing Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and innovative CNC Manufacturing Specialist who can recommend improvements to the design process, develop and test tools, machinery, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing, with strong background in machining processes and the ability to manage and organize multiple projects.
Responsibilities- Recommend improvements to the design process.
- Design, develop, and test tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Engage in product development.
- Apply Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
- Utilize strong background in machining processes.
- Manage and organize multiple projects.
- Take a project from concept to completion.
- Integrate standards and custom designs.
- Quoting of new parts.
- Experience in CNC, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in Solid Works.
- Lean manufacturing experience.
- Forecasting and planning experience.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Ability to take a project from concept to completion.
- Strong background in machining processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Quality engineering experience is a plus.
The work environment is on‑climate controlled warehouse in a facility that accommodates around 150 personnel.
Job Type & LocationContract to Hire position based out of Daytona Beach, FL.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $48.00 – $55.00/hr eligible benefits for this temporary role may include:
