Teph Seal Auto Appearance is seeking detailers for our piecework shop positions. If you are a team player focused on exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we want you.

• Detail Specialist 1 – Some experience
• Detail Specialist 2 – 2+ years experience

Maintain the facilities of the store to deliver high‑quality service. Ensure customers receive courteous, quick, and satisfying service. Tasks include driving, detailing, and cleaning vehicles. Use cleaning solutions, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, using air compressors, and applying preservation chemicals. May also use dyes, paints, and waxes for leather/fabric protection and clean engine compartments. Flexible to carry out additional duties as assigned.

• This physically demanding position requires frequent movement, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• May require outdoor work under varying climate conditions.
• Will work with and move numerous vehicles during the shift.
• Use of safe and OSHA‑approved waxes and cleaners.
• Frequent flexing of spine, hands, wrists, and fingers.
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Constant oral communication of detailed information.
• Clarity of vision and hearing required.
• Attention to detail for streaks, smudges, and missed vacuuming.
• Ability to quality inspect own and teammates' work.
• Work with sense of urgency to value customers' time.
• Strict adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

Piecework rate.

• 1+ years of detailing experience.
• Valid driver's license with good record.
• Quick learner and strong team player.
• Can read and comprehend instructions.
• Great respect for customers' vehicles.
• Punctual and task-focused during shift.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Available Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.
• Committed to reporting to work on time and staying on task.
