Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement service strategies and promotions.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork among staff members.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and health regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus.
