About Our Property:

The Shores Resort and Spa has 212 guest rooms and 20,000 sq ft of event space.

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as an Expeditor. This role is responsible for ensuring efficiency of orders between our food and beverage outlets and the kitchen. This person should be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and an eye for quality and presentation. The role requires collaboration with different team members and the ability to stay quick on your feet with an engaging attitude.

• Maintain a great relationship with all members of the team
• Be highly organized to maintain control and timeliness in processing all orders
• Communicate clearly and effectively
• Be willing to jump in where needed to assist in delivering top service levels
• Be responsible for the knowledge and promotion of all menus and items offered
• Be responsible for keeping area clean, sanitized, and stocked
• In the event of guest dissatisfaction, be a creative problem solver
