• Taking vital signs:
  Measure and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation rate.
• Patient communication:
  Talk with patients about their symptoms and relay this information to the supervising nurse or physician to ensure accurate and timely care.
• Charting observations:
  Document patient observations in their medical record, contributing to their ongoing care plan and treatment.
• Assisting with mobility:
  Help turn, lift, or reposition patients, including those with temporary or permanent mobility issues, ensuring their safety and comfort.

By performing these tasks, you’ll play an integral role in delivering exceptional care and improving the lives of those we serve.

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing in the state where you are working.
• Basic patient care competency skills to provide high-quality care to residents.
• Experience with electronic medical records and documentation (preferred), ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping of patient care.
