DescriptionJoin a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! The Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Therapist‑Master Level at the Daytona Juvenile Residential Facility in Daytona Beach, Florida.
We are located just 15 minutes away from both the Daytona Speedway and the famous Daytona Beach. Daytona offers a lot to do. Our Residential Trauma‑Informed Care team provides individualized, family and group counseling services to youth with sexual behavioral issues.
Compensation$60,000 annually.

As a Therapist‑Master Level, you will provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients and their families according to the needs documented in their assessment and treatment plan.
This position reports to the Clinical Director.
To Be Considered- Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern or registered Clinical Social Work Intern.
- Master’s degree or better in Marriage & Family / Social Work.
- Pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical, and TB test.
5 days a week, including a weekend day, 8‑hour days.

- Masters or better in Counseling Psychology or related field.
- Masters or better in Marriage and Family Counseling or related field.
- Masters or better in Social Work or related field.
- 1–3 years working with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.
- 1–3 years providing therapeutic services with juveniles in a secure setting.
