We are looking for a dedicated Health Coach Medical Assistant to join our team in Daytona Beach, FL. This role combines patient care responsibilities with health coaching to support a holistic approach to wellness.

Full time. Shift: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. Address: 1595 N Williamson Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32117.

• Educates members on their care team and assists with coordination of care across the continuum, including scheduling appointments and referrals.
• Participates in daily operations of the practice, including answering phone calls, assisting with front desk inquiries, and maintaining the clinical space.
• Communicates through various digital channels to support patient care. Performs initial health screens and intake for new members.
• Obtains and reviews old medical records to ensure comprehensive patient history. Identifies care gaps and orders necessary screening tests.
• Confirms appointments and provides instructions to patients.

• Technical/Vocational School (Required)
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
• RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement certification
• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) / Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) / Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) / National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) / Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) / Registered Medical Assistant (RMA). (Any of the accredited certifications)
• Ability to perform initial health screenings and patient intake.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in digital communication tools.

$17.11 - $27.38 per hour.
