Client has a veryfast-paced environment that is running some cutting-edge technologies (the 'latest' and 'greatest' of just about everything).

• 5+ years of experience with MS Windows Server (client is currently running Windows 2008)
• Strong 'hands-on' experience working with VMWare Technologies (Certification strongly preferred)
• True expertise with Active Directory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain voice systems, networks, and/or related hardware and software.
• Ability to analyze and assess network/voice architecture requirements and determine optimum, cost-effective solutions.
• Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects.
• Knowledge of contract documents and specifications.
• Ability to develop and present educational programs and/or workshops.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
• Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.
• Strong oral and written communication, organization, problem solving, critical thinking, and ability to work without direct supervision.
