This role ensures a quality, inclusive, and engaging environment for all participants while promoting climbing as a recreational and educational activity.# Qualifications

Qualifications:

*** High school (or GED) level ability in grammar, spelling, basic composition, and math
* Current certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid
* Climbing Wall Instructor certification (e.g. AMGA, CWA) or equivalent, with documented skills checks and periodic refreshers strongly preferred
