The Climbing Wall Manager is responsible for the daily operations, staffing, and programming of the indoor climbing wall facility. This role ensures a quality, inclusive, and engaging environment for all participants while promoting climbing as a recreational and educational activity.
Qualifications- High school (or GED) level ability in grammar, spelling, basic composition, and math
- Current certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid
- Climbing Wall Instructor certification (e.g. AMGA, CWA) or equivalent, with documented skills checks and periodic refreshers strongly preferred
