• Outpatient-only psychiatry role within a large multispecialty group
• Integrated onsite services including behavioral health, primary care, cardiology, pain management, lab, pharmacy, and imaging
• Collaborative care model with physicians, APRNs, and PAs
• Practice setting designed to streamline care coordination and reduce administrative burden

• Flexible 40-hour workweek
• Average patient volume of 8-11 patients per day
• Limited call rotation of 1:6, shared evenly among physicians and APPs
• No inpatient responsibilities
