Cardiology Physician

Salary Range: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Cardiologist to join a well-established, mission-driven team in Daytona Beach, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to practice outpatient cardiology in a collaborative, patient-centered environment alongside primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice providers. Practice Highlights

• Outpatient-focused role with comprehensive cardiovascular evaluation and management

• Emphasis on preventive cardiology, lifestyle modification, and risk reduction

• Interpret and oversee non-invasive diagnostics, including ECGs, ambulatory monitors, echocardiograms, and stress testing

• Collaborate with a multispecialty team to ensure integrated patient-centered care

• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to APPs

• Support smooth care transitions, patient education, and population health initiatives

• Utilize Epic EHR for documentation, quality metrics, and care coordination

• Participate in quality improvement efforts aligned with the Quintuple Aim: patient experience, population health, care team well-being, health equity, and cost of care

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Cardiology

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Comfort overseeing advanced practice providers in a team-based model

• Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic experience valued)

• Familiarity with value-based care models and risk adjustment preferred
