• Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues.
• Liaise between homeowners, lenders, and Proctor.
• Document everything clearly in our claims system.
• Make outbound calls when needed.

• Working cellphone (for dual authentication)
• 1 year of call‑center experience
• Strong PC navigation and typing skills (35 + WPM)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Reliable transportation

  Jan 28 (30 days Training) | 9:30 AM – 6 PM (On‑site)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Daytona Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $18.50/hr.
