Commercial Drywall Project Manager / Estimator

Solid Rock Recruiting is partnered with a growing commercial drywall contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to support Division 9 projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the drywall trade, is comfortable managing multiple projects, and can balance estimating responsibilities with project execution.

• Manage commercial drywall projects from award through completion
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, architects, and subcontractors
• Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and pricing for drywall scopes
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, change orders, and material procurement
• Utilize On-Screen Takeoff software for estimating and documentation
• Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance across all projects

• Prior experience managing and/or estimating commercial drywall projects
• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
