VP Corporate Partnerships

Brief Description
Reporting to the Chief Sales & Partnerships Officer, this role is a senior leader on the LPGA Sales & Partnerships team, responsible for leading corporate partner activation and maximizing the value of the LPGA’s global sponsorship portfolio. The role oversees the Corporate Partnerships team, manages key stakeholder relationships, and supports partner growth through strategic activation, compelling presentations, and collaboration with internal teams and third-party agencies.

The ideal candidate brings a consultative, partner-first mindset and excels at building executive-level relationships to understand business objectives, deliver insight-driven solutions, and drive expanded investment and sustained revenue growth.

• Lead and develop the Corporate Partnerships team, overseeing activation and fulfillment of all LPGA partner agreements
• Own partner strategy, renewal, and expansion efforts with a focus on revenue growth and sponsor satisfaction
• Design and execute best-in-class partner activation across tournaments, events, media, digital, and content platforms
• Serve as senior relationship lead for key partners and stakeholders, including sponsors, tournament organizers, media, and internal teams
• Manage LPGA sponsorship inventory and ensure seamless handoff from sales to activation
• Develop data-informed partnership programs aligned to partner objectives and LPGA priorities
• Track partner performance, financials, and activity through Salesforce CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Media, Legal, Finance, Tournament Business Affairs) and third-party agencies
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and special projects as needed
• Participate in special projects or other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred
• 8–10+ years of experience in sports marketing, partnerships, brand management, or agency/consulting roles
• Proven success leading teams and managing complex, high-value partnerships
• Strong understanding of the sports (or golf) sponsorship landscape
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, travel-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM; sponsorship research tools a plus
• Demonstrated integrity and commitment to mission-driven work
• Domestic and international travel required

This position is currently posted at a specific level; however, final title and level will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
