Position Overview

The Customer Execution Planner plays a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of high-priority customer projects. This position serves as a strategic liaison between Project Managers, Planners, and the Customer Demand Planner, driving alignment, communication, and operational readiness across functions. The role is designed to enhance delivery performance, mitigate and manage execution and schedule risks, and support the success of our top customer engagements.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Execution Support
    • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
    • Identify and elevate risks or delays impacting customer commitments.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve execution bottlenecks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Project Managers to track progress and update stakeholders.
    • Work with Project Planners to validate capacity, material availability, and production schedules.
    • Align with the Customer Demand Planner to prioritize customer needs and delivery scenarios.
  • Customer-Focused Planning
    • Assist in preparing customer-facing updates and reports.
    • Ensure accurate ERP data entry and maintenance for execution tracking.
    • Support planning reviews by consolidating customer priorities, material readiness, and production constraints.
  • Customer-Relationship and Commercial Support
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with top customer contacts to support execution success.
    • Monitor and address key commercial areas such as collections, delivery commitments, and escalations.
    • Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer challenges, align priorities, and support relationship-building efforts.
    • Act as a point of contact for execution-related inquiries and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Facilitate weekly execution meetings with relevant stakeholders.
    • Prepare and present dashboards and KPIs.
    • Document and communicate changes to project scope, timelines, and priorities.
Education And Experience
  • AS or AA preferred. Related work experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or planning.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems.
