AI Automation Associate; Entry-Level

About the Role

We’re hiring an AI Automation Associate (Entry-Level) to help us design and deploy AI agents and automations that eliminate repetitive office work. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s technical, curious, and eager to learn fast. You’ll work closely with leadership and operations to identify automation opportunities, build prototypes, and ship real workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain AI agents that automate office workflows (admin, HR, recruiting, finance support, project admin)
• Map processes and turn them into automated SOPs (inputs → logic → outputs → handoffs)
• Create automations connecting tools like Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, CRM, shared drives, forms, and chat
• Implement and test workflows such as:
• Inbox triage and email drafting
• Data entry and syncing between systems
• Monitor performance (accuracy, reliability), troubleshoot failures, and improve prompts/workflows
• Document everything clearly so others can run and maintain the system

What We’re Looking For (Entry-Level Friendly)

• Strong problem-solving mindset; you enjoy figuring things out
• Comfort with common office tools (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, Outlook/Gmail)
• Solid communication skills—able to translate business needs into clear steps
• Willingness to learn new tools and skills quickly
• Team player with a great attitude and high ownership

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, or similar
• Experience using LLMs (ChatGPT) for structured prompting, task decomposition, and automation
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or JSON
• Interest in AI ops concepts: prompt/version control, evaluation, guardrails

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

• Ship 3–5 working automations that save measurable time each week
• Create a backlog of automation opportunities with ROI estimates
• Establish a simple process for maintaining agents (documentation + monitoring)
