Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate values high-quality patient care, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is motivated to contribute to a positive, faith-driven workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal dental care Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and radiographs as indicated

Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care Accurately document findings and treatment in patient records

Work closely with doctors and team members to support comprehensive care Maintain infection control and safety standards

Help create a welcoming, encouraging environment for patients and teammates

Support a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Tennessee Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication and patient education abilities

Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Alignment with a faith-based, values-driven practice culture
