Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate values high-quality patient care, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is motivated to contribute to a positive, faith-driven workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal dental care
- Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and radiographs as indicated
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
- Accurately document findings and treatment in patient records
- Work closely with doctors and team members to support comprehensive care
- Maintain infection control and safety standards
- Help create a welcoming, encouraging environment for patients and teammates
- Support a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Tennessee
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
