We’re hiring a Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join a high-performing aviation team focused on safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee maintenance operations, mentor technicians, and ensure aircraft are returned to service safely and on time. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance department activities to improve efficiency and minimize delays.
  • Lead, train, and support technicians while ensuring adherence to approved procedures and standards.
  • Maintain safe, organized, and fully operational work areas and equipment.
  • Ensure accurate and complete maintenance records.
  • Communicate effectively between maintenance teams and the Inspection Department.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately while maintaining accountability for team performance.
  • Support safety risk management initiatives and uphold Safety Management System (SMS) protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support department objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience on turbine-powered aircraft (MGTOW 12,500 lbs. or greater).
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures and technical manuals.
  • Proficient in using calibrated test equipment.
  • Completion of required indoctrination and familiarization training.
  • Airworthiness Release qualified within 90 days.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport (or equivalent) within 90 days.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • $31.86 – $34.36 per hour
