General Job Description
The Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in supporting both warehouse and delivery operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, assisting with product handling, and providing safe, timely deliveries. This position is responsible for maintaining efficient warehouse workflow, safeguarding product quality, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and professional service to customers. This role requires a balance of warehouse responsibilities and box truck driving duties.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations- Verify the accuracy, quantity, and quality of incoming deliveries.
- Label products and ensure proper placement in designated storage areas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and stock records.
- Identify and pull correct products for delivery and customer orders.
- Process returns, including completing required documentation and communications.
- Monitor product availability and report purchasing needs, especially for items in short supply.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues involving missing, incorrect, or damaged shipments.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of material handling equipment.
- Safely operate a box truck in compliance with company policies and traffic laws.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Assist with deliveries, including unloading and verifying materials at job sites or customer locations.
- Provide professional and courteous service during all interactions.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Qualifications- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a company-required drug screen and background check.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Work is performed in a warehouse setting and outdoors during deliveries.
- Exposure to varying temperatures, including heat and cold.
- Moderate to loud noise levels from warehouse equipment and vehicles.
