Are you an experienced CDL A Driver looking to be part of a high-performing construction team? We’re seeking a dependable and safety-focused driver to haul materials and equipment between job sites and our yard. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping projects running smoothly and efficiently. • Drive and operate trucks in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Follow job instructions and accurately read location/road maps.
• Conduct pre‑trip inspections of your truck.
• Pick up and deliver materials and equipment, ensuring load accuracy.
• Safely load and unload cargo.
• Complete and verify all required paperwork.
• Provide support with stocking, restocking, and organizing equipment/materials.
• Follow all safety policies, processes, and best practices.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times.

• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team‑oriented work environment.

• Clear and professional verbal communication.
• Strong time management and problem‑solving skills.
• Positive team collaboration.
• Willingness to follow OSHA safety standards.
• Consistent, reliable attendance.

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent, approved by Workforce Manager).
• Minimum 5 years of field experience.
• Valid CDL A & clean driving record.
• 21 years of age or older.

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, mud, etc.).
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs repeatedly.
• Frequent climbing, standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and sitting.
• Ability to maintain balance on scaffolds/ladders.
• Must have acceptable vision (with or without corrective lenses).
