Base pay range: $67.31/hr - $76.93/hr

As a full‑stack developer you will solve problems with complete end‑to‑end solutions in a fast, agile environment. You will help create systems that make a difference, moving beyond coding to design and implement solutions from vision to production‑ready. You will master new tools and techniques, identify system improvements, and help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• Experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications
• Experience with modern programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
• Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, or software products
• Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
• Ability to use back‑end and front‑end languages to develop complete solutions
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related engineering field

• 10+ years of OPIR TCPED processes
• Knowledge of advanced strategic weapons threats
• Experience with Python, C#, C/C++, .NET, Java, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, PHP, or Drupal
• Experience using back‑end and front‑end languages to develop complete solutions
• Ability to write source code for new applications or generate and enhance code samples for existing applications
• Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization
• Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related engineering field

Compensation is determined by location, the individual's education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67.31 to $76.93 per hour, which is one component of Ever Watch’s total compensation package.
