We are seeking motivated Landscape Crew Members and Experienced Foremen to join a growing, team-oriented organization. This role supports commercial and residential landscape installation projects including planting, grading, hardscape installation, irrigation, and site development.

Foreman candidates will lead crews onsite, manage production schedules, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on every project.

• Perform landscape installation (planting, mulching, grading, sod, etc.)
• Assist with hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, patios)
• Install and repair irrigation systems
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment
• Follow project plans and safety procedures
• Maintain clean and organized job sites

• Lead and supervise crew members onsite
• Read and interpret landscape and irrigation plans
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor needs
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope
• Train and mentor crew members
• Communicate with project managers and clients
• Enforce safety standards and company policies

• Prior landscape installation experience preferred
• Foreman candidates must have proven leadership experience
• Knowledge of plant material, grading, and site layout
• Irrigation experience a plus
• Ability to operate skid steers, mini-excavators, or similar equipment preferred
• Valid driver’s license (Foreman may require clean driving record)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
