Commercial/Residential Permanent lighting installation.

This is a full-time, on‑site Installer role based in Dayton, OH. The Installer will be responsible for the installation, assembly, and maintenance of skylights and related systems. Key day‑to‑day tasks include interpreting exterior lighting designs and plans, using tools and equipment for efficient installation, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring safety standards are met throughout projects. Collaboration with team members and effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction are integral to this role.

• Proficiency in construction, assembly, and related installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret lighting design plans and technical diagrams
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in construction settings
• Experience with the use and maintenance of common tools and equipment
• Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in relevant fields is a plus
• Prior experience in permanent lighting installation is preffered but not required
