HVAC Technician Facilities Dayton, OH

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our facilities team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HVAC systems, a willingness to learn, and excellent troubleshooting and maintenance skills. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing the HVAC systems and controls for our buildings, as well as ensuring the optimal performance of Critical A/C units in our data center.

You will also assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.

• Refrigerant Handling Certification
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting processes
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Proficiency in equipment maintenance and safety compliance
• Time management and customer service skills
• 5% travel within Dayton area
