Johnson Controls - Up to $35.79/hour - - Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot chiller systems, including pumps, glycol systems, valves, heat exchangers, and refrigerant circuits;
Support steam system operations, inspections, leak repairs, outages, and new piping ties;
Maintain and repair air compressors, dryers, utility pumps, and related systems;
Assist with BAS/BMS monitoring, alarms, and point checks;
Follow all safety, compliance, and permit-to-work procedures (LOTO, hot work, confined space)
