We are hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to service and repair commercial HVAC systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and a clean driving record. You will represent the company on customer sites and ensure high-quality workmanship and service.

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, ventilation units, boilers).

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system testing.

• Install commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls in accordance with code and specifications.

• Complete service tickets, work orders, and documentation accurately.

• Communicate repair needs and recommendations to customers and the office.

• Maintain safe work practices and follow OSHA requirements.

• Keep the company vehicle and tools organized and in good working condition.

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience (required).

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• EPA 608 certification (required).

• Ability to work independently without supervision.

• Clean and valid driver's license (required).

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.

• HVAC trade school or equivalent field experience preferred.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in various environments.
